As a visionary and licensed educator with a Master’s Degree in Education and over 14 years of experience instructing elementary through secondary students with a focus in History
I feel that I would be a valuable tutor to any student regardless of Grade Level; with a proven history of grading and mentoring the Massachusetts Teacher’s Test and the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment Test (MCAS).

-Published information in the Postal Review regarding A.I.D.S., gave informational lectures on A.I.D.S., designed and painted the NALC Commemorative Quilt which not only hung in the Springfield Post Office but is now part of the commemorative quilt – “The Names Project”.
-Participated in the Five Colleges Fremont Grant Seminar on Asia and received an award on the Wall of Tolerance in May 2002.
-Participated as an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer assisting a young parents GED
program for Corporation for Public Management; filled in as a substitute teacher, organized community intervention opportunities whereby students received information as to organizations available for assistance and opportunities for student advancement and set up various projects for the students during the summer 2010 including teaching them how to hand sew a quilt which is now utilized as the Young Parents Program Banner.
