Hello world, my name's Brendan! I've worked as a teacher in many different settings. I love working with students and enjoy tackling unusual and difficult problems. I have a wide range of experience as an educator, and I've worked with students of many different ages, backgrounds, and ability levels. I have a no-drama, tortoise-beats-the-hare approach to teaching, and no matter what your situation is, there's a good chance I've dealt with something like it before.

I'm comfortable teaching and tutoring math through introductory calculus. I am experienced in Orton-Gillingham reading instruction and with methods of teaching reading, writing, and vocabulary to all ages and ability levels. I have experience working with adults, high school students, middle school students, and students in elementary school, and I have worked with students with a variety of physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities.

I usually meet with students at the student's home or a nearby public library. I will provide all necessary materials for each tutoring session, including assessments so that every student and parent can keep track of the progress they are making. Wonderful Math Tutor!

Brendan is an awesome tutor! Before meeting with Brendan, my son was failing his algebra 2 class. By the end of the semester, Brendan helped my son bring his grade up to a C after a few weeks. With Brendan's help, my son was able to earn a B in the class by the end of this year! Brendan was very patient and friendly. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a math tutor!
