Greetings!
I am an educator at heart! I enjoy the process of helping students work through the complexity of new ideas and helping them to understand the material in unique ways. I value the process of learning and I do not focus only on the memorization of ideas, but the application of concepts.
I have taught on the collegiate level for 3 years, but enjoy working with a wide range of students. Because I have a great passion for my own learning, I show that passion in my own teaching and tutoring style. It is my desire that students understand the material and have the confidence to use what they learn both in and out of the classroom.
My tutoring methods include reviewing concepts that lead up to challenging areas and introducing unique ways to work around those challenges. I like helping students see challenges in a new way!
