Since illustrator is such a big program, it was important that my tutor, a stranger to my home, made me feel comfortable and would determine my motivation and the speed at which I could learn once I got started. I knew nothing about illustrator before Ken came into my home except that I have to learn it as quickly as possible. Ken was subjectively able to make all necessary adjustments in his teaching style to help me learn quickly, smoothly, and so we covered a lot of territory. He is really quite an excellent tutor especially for those students who are willing to learn because he has a great wealth of knowledge about graphic design and art systems.

Great drawing instruction, very thoughtful person!

Kenny has been very responsive from the beginning of our communication. My 6 year old would like to draw better and Kenny has been very thoughtful in his approach to help him plus has helped me better understand the process by which a 6 year old can learn and thrive to become a better artist. My son is no Picasso, he just loves to draw and wants to be able to do better. Kenny was great with him, talked to him like he was a 'person' (pet peeve when people talk to my kid like he won't understand what they are saying), listened to him attentively, and seems to come prepared, with a general idea in mind of how to approach lesson. Really pleased so far and looking forward to more lessons.

Great Tutor

Kenny was a great teacher. He showed me all that I had questions on regarding Illustrator and also provided some insight on better ways to enhance my product by the use of maybe Photoshop. I will be meeting him again to go over Photoshop. I would recommend Kenny to anyone learning. He is patient and explains himself well. He kindly provided examples and also had me drive to make sure I was understanding.
