Hello! I'm a Dartmouth student and a graduate from one of the nation's top STEM magnet schools. I offer tutoring targeted towards high school students in AP STEM subjects (AP Calculus AB/BC, AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Physics 1, and AP Physics C Mech/E&M), as well as SAT/ACT, AMC, and USABO prep.

Throughout high school, I scored 5s on many APs, including AP Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science A, Calculus BC, Physics C (Mechanics and E&M), Statistics, and Music Theory. I earned a 1590 on the SAT and was awarded a $2500 National Merit Scholarship. I also participated in many STEM competitions, being a 3-time USABO Semifinalist and scoring an 11 on the AIME.

While I'm new to the Wyzant platform, I have extensive teaching experience as both a private tutor and instructor at a test prep center. Having taken numerous rigorous AP/STEM courses myself, I understand the challenges these classes pose, especially when students are juggling multiple APs, extracurriculars, plus other responsibilities. I believe this background is ultimately beneficial to those I teach, giving me the kind of insight many tutors may not offer.

As a tutor, I hope to bring clarity and mastery to even the most challenging subjects. I'm results-oriented, and importantly, I equip students with the necessary skills and strategies to succeed outside the lesson. For me, it's just as important that they can learn independently as it is that they are competent with the material with my guidance.
