Bio

I'm Nathan! I graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a minor in Business Management. During my time at BYU I worked as a teaching assistant and offered private tutoring to students in the public health department. I also worked as a research assistant and am a co-author of multiple peer-reviewed publications in the field of public health.

I'm Nathan! I graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a minor in Business Management. I'm currently completing my residency in Diagnostic Radiology in Texas. During my time studying for board exams, I found joy in helping my fellow students prepare for their exams as well. With all of my medical student board exams behind me, I would like to offer my knowledge and experience to other students.

I received a 247 (≈80th percentile) on Step 1 and a 656 (≈92nd percentile) on COMLEX Level 1. My COMAT scores ranged from 70th percentile to 98th percentile. On COMLEX Level 2 I received a 697 (≈92nd percentile) and on Step 2 I received a 256 (≈75 percentile).

USMLE

I have completed years 1-3 of medical school in preparation for USMLE exams. This preparation helped me not only pass, but perform well on the COMAT exams, USMLE STEP, and COMLEX. I received a 247 (≈80th percentile) on USMLE Step 1, a 256 on STEP 2 (≈75th percentile), a 656 (≈92nd percentile) on COMLEX Level 1, and a 697 (≈92nd percentile) on COMLEX Level 2. Fantastic Tutor! So smart and so nice! HIRE HIM TO HELP YOU!

Nathan has been an absolute rockstar to work with. I have been working with him on a weekly basis since August 2022 until now Jan 2023. I had failed a board exam and was really in a tough place mentally and felt a lot of apprehension reaching out to find a tutor. I was nervous that I was going to be judged for failing and just wanted to work with someone who would meet me where I was at. Nathan fit the bill. Not only is her super smart, but he also makes learning feel less daunting and approachable. He helped me gain my confidence back when it came to studying and also taught me a lot of great lessons when it came to HOW to approach questions and HOW to think thru them. He is so easy to communicate with and really flexible. I wish I had reached out to him earlier in my studying process because he has helped me stay on track and also been like a coach and keeping me encouraged.
