I am currently a college student and I'm looking for new clients to tutor! I am a chemistry major but I also got a perfect 5 on the English Language and Composition Advanced Placement test.

I can also tutor a variety of ages, I taught my 1st grade sister how to read and have tutored elementary level education as well as middle school and high school.

I took AP Calculus and AP US History and AP World history, as well as AP Psychology, AP Physics (algebra based), AP Chemistry, and AP Biology in high school. Just let me know your needs and I will tell you if I can help! I have tutoring experience of 1 year tutoring high school level, AP college-level, and junior high. I have classroom experience from an after-school homework help program and preparing a group of 10-15 students for the SAT.

I got a 4 on the AP Chemistry test and a 4 on the AP US History exam. I love to teach and I'm personally a very curious individual who has a passion for learning and spreading education. I was a track athlete in high school and went to state twice. I now participate in a recreational basketball team while I'm focusing on my studies.

I have read a variety of titles including Beloved by Toni Morrison, The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, and Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy just to name my favorites. My teaching method is more praise-oriented, I don't like to use aggressive tactics that focus on mistakes but instead build upon what they already know and correct mistakes if any. My goal is to help students use education to better understand the world around them instead of promoting memorization and forgetting. I've had experience in the classroom both as an educator and a student so I have a good understanding of expectations in education for both roles. I'm very passionate about learning but I also know what is expected on AP exams and other tests because I have taken them and performed well.

I love helping and we can negotiate fair pricing! Well wishes and happy studying!
