Educational Diagnostician (Texas)

1. Texas Voucher Program (Evaluation – Flat Rate): $2,500–$3,500 per evaluation. Includes record review, interviews, standardized testing, observations, FIE report, and ARD participation.

2. Face-to-Face School District (On-Site): $90–$125 per hour or $600–$900 per day (6–8 hours).
Report writing (if separate): $500–$900 per FIE.

3. Weekend Face-to-Face Assessments (Premium): $125–$175 per hour or $3,000–$4,000 per evaluation.

All evaluations follow IDEA and TEA guidelines and are written in clear, parent-friendly language while maintaining professional and legal standards.

I am a trained Special Populations Specialist that holds a TX Reading Specialist certification (EC-12), TX Special Education (EC-12); Dyslexia Awareness Specialist & TESOL certificate that meets international online learning standars to professionally render online learning to scholars that have IEP's to receive 504/Dyslexia/ADD/ADHD services. I am trained in SPIRE and the Multisensory Teaching Approach. My services solve a school districts problem of providing students with direct quality instruction that have IEP's and 504 plans, and mentoring Tier 3 teachers that need lesson planning and execution of differentiated instructional support that aligns with students of special populations IEP goals and objectives.

As a RTI Specialist, I provide special direction to students who have been given an Individualized Education Program (I.E.P.). Daily, I work with classroom teachers by helping them lesson plan, develop instructional strategies, attend to the social, personal and academic needs of students who have been identified as at-risk of failing. I maintain strong communication skills with the principal, parents, and diagnosticians in an effort to relate to a diverse student population. As an RTI Specialist, I provide detailed documentation of student progress and develop supplementary education that serves as a companion to the general curriculum.
