Very organized and knowledgeable—best tutor!
I started lessons with Jeremy about six weeks before the March SAT. On the PSAT in October, I received a score of 540. With Jeremy’s help, I was able to score a 690 on the March exam. He is very organized, and knows the Math SAT inside and out. He was able to identify gaps in my knowledge very quickly, and immediately find multiple practice problems for me to try. His strategy for teaching is very effective, and I recommend him to everyone.

My child had taken the SAT during Junior year, but his score was just shy of top 10%. Trying to raise his math score, I hired a non-Wyzant tutor and he took the SAT again in October Senior year. His math score went up 10 points, but his Verbal/Writing score went down 10, so not what we had hoped! Our college consultant recommended Wyzant. After reviewing many options, I chose Jeremy K based on stellar reviews. We were on a tight timeline due to school demands, so we concentrated the tutoring sessions during Thanksgiving break just before the December SAT. Although I had asked Jeremy to focus on math, he wisely had my child take some full SAT practice exams while covering the math concepts that he had missed on prior exams. He made the absolute best use of the short time allotted. We were blown away when the scores showed an 80 point increase putting him in the 98th percentile!! Thank you Jeremy K!
