I graduated from Texas A&M University with a Civil Engineering degree and a minor in mathematics. I graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering specialized in water resources engineering. I like teaching students mathematics and civil engineering. I will do my best for students to understand the subject and do good on their test. I have been tutoring mathematics for three years in different community colleges. In addition, I have 10 years of civil engineering experience. My experience is in water resources, transportation, and construction. I have the knowledge and skill to teach students design and construction. Engineers do math everyday and solve problems. I will enjoy teaching students how to be problem solvers.
I have taken college algebra, trigonometry, calculus 1-3, differential equations, linear algebra, and probability. I am a licensed Civil Engineer from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers. I can teach any civil engineering subject such as statics, dynamics, fluids, geotechnical, transportation, mechanics of materials, structures, construction, water resources, advance hydrology, groundwater hydrology, advance hydraulics, open channel hydraulics, stormwater modeling, geographic information systems (GIS), HEC-RAS, RAS Mapper, HEC-HMS, HY-8, Hydraulic Toolbox, GEOPAK drainage, etc.
