I have taught all levels of Spanish, in Texas public schools as well as at an International Baccalaureate school (MYP & DP programmes). I have been tutoring Spanish online since 2018 and I love it! It allows me to work with students one on one to improve their listening, reading, speaking, and writing skills in Spanish. I have also worked with adults on improving their understanding and conversational Spanish skills! I love language and how it connects us. I use a holistic approach to language learning, employing grammar as the backbone and comprehensible input to strengthen language skills. I believe language learning should be fun and enjoyable. Since I am not a native speaker of Spanish, I believe my ability to teach the language comes from my own experience learning it as a second language. My goal is to make every student feel confident and comfortable in their Spanish language abilities!
