I scored a 36 on the ACT, was a national merit scholar, and received 5's on these AP exams: Calc AB, Calc BC, Physics C E&M, Physics C Mechanics, and Chemistry. I have taken the MCAT and scored a 521 (C/P-131, CARS-128, B/B-130, P/S-132). By self-studying, I improved my practice scores and compiled effective study resources and test-taking strategies.
