Over the past four years, I’ve worked with a variety of students across different age groups and academic levels. I’ve tutored in subjects like English and math, tailoring each session to the individual needs of the student. Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to support a few foreign exchange students as they adjusted to the language and academic expectations in a new environment. While that’s not the main focus of my experience, it’s helped me become more mindful of cultural differences and communication styles in learning.

Much of my tutoring experience has been centered around working with students who learn differently. I’ve supported individuals with learning disabilities as well as students navigating mental health challenges. These experiences have taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and creating a safe, judgment-free space for learning. Whether I’m breaking down complex concepts or simply offering encouragement, my goal is to meet students where they are and help them build both confidence and independence in their studies.
