My background in interdisciplinary studies at NYU's Gallatin School, where I explored the intersection of music, consciousness, psychology, and philosophy, shapes my holistic coaching approach. Outside of supporting students, I write and produce music, creative nonfiction, and poetry—bringing a creative, nuanced perspective to essay writing.
