I absolutely love my job as a math teacher and can't imagine doing anything else!

I have been teaching for 22 years and have been fortunate enough to have gained experience in teaching at both the middle school and high school levels. The courses that I have taught include: General Math, Remedial Math, 7th and 8th grade Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Pre-Calculus and College Algebra. While I love mathematics, the best part of my job is my students. I love when my students become excited about math and the satisfaction I get in seeing them grow as math students as a result of my teaching techniques. It is especially rewarding to see them walk away with more confidence and ability as math students.

Tutoring Session

I am happy to provide individual tutoring sessions to instill confidence in your child to make them the best math student they can be. I will work with your child to understand how they learn and provide them with custom tailored instruction to best suit their needs. Whether this means reteaching a lesson, help and support with homework or preparing for a test, I am committed to helping your child feel confident with math every time they step into their math classroom. Sessions will typically last one hour.

* 22 years teaching experience.
* Courses taught: 7th and 8th grade, Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, College Algebra.

Educational Background:
* BA from The College of New Jersey in Mathematics Education
* Master's in the Art of Teaching (with a focus on Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment K - 12) from Marygrove College.
