Background:
Private college graduate with BSN, following which I was accepted into a Critical Care Fellowship. Since then, I've dabbled in many fields and hospitals before transitioning to nurse case management, insurance navigation, and clinical leadership.
CCM Test:
Sessions focus on prepping for the CCM test. We'll discuss your background in nursing and Case Management. From there we can discuss registration, fees, and expectations for the exam as well as potential job tracks. Background knowledge will be assessed and broad topics reviewed before taking a deep dive into all aspects of holistic care, social and community health, and the coordination and reimbursement of care.
Resume Building:
With this we will have focused sessions discussing job history and career goals, the area of focus for jobs you are pursuing, and examine your current resume. Sessions will be used to craft a resume and portfolio catered towards your job intent. Discussions will also review recommendations such as file format, resume submission, and recommended follow up until you land the interview!
Interview Prep:
Sessions will be used to discuss your experience and your career goals. Session includes a brief resume review and I may make portfolio recommendations if appropriate for the job in question. We will practice answering difficult questions in a positive light. Common interview formats will be discussed and general prompts will be provided in order to allow the interviewee to cultivate broad answers to pull from during the interview. Unlimited practice available until you are fully confident in your job prospects.
