I started working with Melissa to clean up some project schedules and Ghant charts that were given to me to take over from someone else and had become quite a mess. She answered every question I had and guided me through everything I needed to learn and set up in a fast-paced situation where my team needed to provide answers to a client quickly. Then we proceeded to set up my next project correctly from a clean file. Every time I wanted to stop to add a custom field, new view, new table, equation or filter - Melissa stopped and helped me set that up. She helped me get 2 projects cleaned up and 1 new project schedule started in record time. I will definitely keep working with Melissa and I'd recommend her to anyone as a tutor. She is knowledgeable, patient, and lets my questions and needs drive every tutoring session. 5 stars!
