I have used that to teach myself any advanced items that I was curious about. I like that the help feature can be very serendipitous. Windows also has an intuitive user-friendly style with universal compatibility with Windows users everywhere. I have shared tips and shortcuts and explained its features to many colleagues and students who were just being exposed to it for the first time. It is very easy to share with others. I find that I have inadvertently become the "go-to" person for questions in each college that I have worked at. It really allows the user to set up features that make sense to them with their daily needs; while letting you skip the things that are not of value for your particular usage. My son unexpectedly needed to take the SSAT (long story) and we all felt unprepared. Karen was very responsive and we had a session booked in no time. So glad we did.
