One of the goals of my teaching is to help students gain confidence in tackling problems by themselves and helping them reach the next level. I enjoy helping students succeed, whether it be getting them ready for high school or be successful in SAT/ACT. I am a very patient teacher who believes that everyone is equipped to succeed and you will find my tutoring to be a rewarding experience.
I have a child in middle school and I understand the challenges faced by today's students. I believe that connecting the dots between understanding of concepts at the school level and application of these concepts in a future career is crucial to encouraging today's students in getting over obstacles they face in learning. I hope to instill confidence in my students that they can tackle the challenges they face in learning on their own.
