I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, a Master’s degree in Math Education, and a Specialist degree in Math Education. One of the most rewarding parts of teaching for me is seeing that "lightbulb" moment when a student grasps a challenging concept. I truly love what I do, and the connections I form with my students continue long after they graduate—many of them reach out to tell me how well my classes prepared them for college math.
I pride myself on being highly organized and efficient, always coming to class well-prepared with thorough lesson plans that guide students through each concept. I understand that every student learns differently, so I offer alternative explanations and approaches to make sure each student has the opportunity to succeed. In addition to my work in the classroom, I have also tutored middle school and college students, and I find great satisfaction in helping students one-on-one to build a strong math foundation.
