Grammar is my favorite part of English! I was in the 98th percentile for this part of the SAT.
I have been a musician since I was five when I was given my very first keyboard! Piano is my favorite instrument to play. In elementary school I started singing in choir, beginning again in middle school, and again in the symphony orchestra in high school. I was in middle school when I started playing the violin. I went on to continue in high school and played in an extracurricular orchestra in Michigan. I participated in two NAACP National ACT-SO competitions with the guidance of my late piano teacher. Needless to say, I have had my fair share of music theory!
Track and field was my favorite part of high school without a doubt. Starting in middle school in my sister's footsteps, I ran in the summer with her high school AAU track team to keep myself warmed up for my own seasons! In high school I ran the 100m, 200m, 4-by-1, and 4-by-2 (the 4-by-1 is my favorite). In my junior year I was awarded the city champion for the 100m dash!
