Hi! My name is Brandon! I recently completed my Masters degree in Psychology, earning a 4.0 GPA. As a part of this program, I completed a thesis project and paper, which gives me a real appreciation of much of the difficulty that many students face with any writing project. In addition, I was lucky enough to have TA for a wonderful professor and his stats class, where I both taught lessons to the class, as well as tutored some students on the subject. This is where I began to understand a love of teaching that I did not think I would ever have. I enjoy breaking down the topic into small pieces and just being willing to walk the student through it, regardless of how hard it may be.
In addition to my Masters in psychology, I also double majored in psychology and sociology in college, graduating summa cum laude. I also minored in Childhood Studies and Gender Studies. These multidisciplinary minors had me take course work in various fields, including history, English, and criminal justice, so I have experience having to think outside of the box.
