Hi there! I’m Niv, and I’m passionate about helping students build confidence and enjoy learning, whether they’re just starting out in elementary school or preparing for one of the biggest exams of their academic journey, the MCAT.
I’m currently a college senior and Honors student with a strong background in science, communication, and education. I’ve spent over three years teaching at Kumon, where I worked with elementary and middle school students to strengthen their reading, writing, and math skills. I also volunteer as a tutor at a local church, where I provide one-on-one academic support and mentorship to young learners, helping them stay motivated and reach their goals in a welcoming, community-based environment.
In addition, I have one year of experience as a teaching assistant, supporting college students through group projects and more advanced coursework. That experience, along with my own MCAT preparation, inspired me to tutor pre-med students. When working with MCAT learners, I focus on building personalized study schedules, breaking down difficult science concepts, and developing test-taking strategies that improve both performance and confidence.
Across all ages and subjects, my approach is supportive, structured, and adaptable. I strive to make every lesson engaging and empowering, helping students not only understand the material, but also discover their own potential and love of learning.
