Hi! I’m Leo, and I’m passionate about helping students excel in math, science, and engineering. My background gives me a deep understanding of complex concepts and the skills to make them accessible to students of all levels.
I have over a decade of experience as a high school educator, teaching students of all abilities. I’ve also tutored and mentored students from middle school to college, specializing in math, science, engineering design, physics, biology, introductory programming, and electronics. I focus on meeting each student where they are and building their confidence through mastery of fundamental concepts.
I believe in hands-on, engaging learning. I love guiding students through real-world projects, like designing a data-logging weather balloon capsule that captured images from the upper atmosphere, creating autonomous robotic systems, and developing microcontroller-based projects. These experiences help students connect theory to practice and inspire creativity.
My goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel challenged but never overwhelmed. I tailor each session to the student’s needs, helping them gain confidence and a genuine passion for STEM.
