Hi! I'm Ariel. I have multiple years of experience tutoring Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Precalculus, Calculus, and SAT Math. I had multiple tutoring jobs throughout high school, and I did peer tutoring with my classmates. I received A's or above in all relevant classes, and I received a 750 on the Math section of the SAT. I am currently studying to receive my Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, so I am constantly taking math and problem solving courses that keep me familiar with all of the subjects I tutor. The classes that I enjoy and learn from the most are always the most interactive ones, so I always try to incorporate that into my sessions so that you can have fun while gaining a deeper understanding of the topic!

My tutoring plan will always start with communicating with you on how you want to proceed throughout our tutoring journey! Whether you need help with a homework assignment, understanding concepts from class, or test prep, I always want to hear your goal first before coming up with a plan of action. I will always go the extra mile to be prepared for each of our sessions by coming up with a lesson plan, and making sure your voice is heard. Although I may not have a degree in education, my experience with a variety of students of different ages throughout the years has made me a better, more flexible tutor. I find that everyone has different learning styles, and finding the right one can make a world of difference for how you can learn a topic.
