In fall 2008, I began to study Koine Greek as an 11-year-old home schooler. Then over the next few years, I added some basic Hebrew, Latin, and German. When I was 16 years old, I had published my own translation of the Greek Gospels in chronological order, called As Jesus Walked: The Four Gospels In One, published in fall 2013. I updated this in 5 subsequent editions.

In summer of 2019, I was inspired to learn how to teach classical languages to younger children. I had realized how blessed I was to have started to study Koine Greek at age 11 and Hebrew at age 13. My goal was to establish more of a trend in teaching younger kids classical languages to a higher level sooner. My only hurdle at the time was that I had dropped out of college not once but twice due to unlucky circumstances and was working the summer in a factory. But I was determined to return to college and get a degree in classics since this was the area of my God-given talent. So, that is what I did. At 22 years old, I returned to the University as a full-time student while working nights full-time as a Youth Care Worker for a state detention facility for teenagers.
Then 4.5 years later, I graduated from the University of Evansville with my BA and felt blessed to have finally achieved my goal. While in the University, I started working with home schooling families on Zoom. I now have 10 students, aged 8 through 18. It is my 4th school year teaching on Zoom.
This fall semester at UKY, I am a TA for the Classics Department, assisting Dr. Brusuelas in his Church History class (CLA 191, Christianity, Culture and Society) and Dr. Manning in her Latin 102 online class.
