Hi! I'm Jon, a Computer Science student at Northeastern University with a passion for helping students unlock their full potential on the SAT and beyond. With a 1510 SAT score (790 Math, 720 Reading) and over two years of tutoring experience working with 20+ students, I've developed a proven approach that has helped my students improve their scores by an average of 150 points (80 points in Math and 70 points in Reading).

I believe every student learns differently, which is why I don't use a one-size-fits-all approach. During our first few sessions, I focus on identifying your specific strengths and weaknesses across both the Math and Reading sections.

From there, I create a personalized study plan tailored to your needs, targeting the areas where you'll see the most improvement. My goal isn't just to help you memorize formulas or vocabulary. Instead, I aim to teach you effective strategies for solving problems quickly and efficiently while building the confidence you need to tackle test day with ease.

Beyond SAT prep, I also specialize in teaching programming, math (Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Calculus), and providing guidance on college applications. Whether you're struggling with quadratic equations, need help debugging your first Java program, or want feedback on your college essays, I'm here to help you succeed.

Let's work together to achieve your academic goals. I look forward to helping you reach your target score and beyond!
