Keep reading for info about me!
My name is Cassidy and I am looking forward to working together to accomplish your educational goals. I am a non-traditional student and have experience tutoring students from all backgrounds, including those with learning and other disabilities. In addition to the LSAT, I am happy to provide guidance on application strategies, accommodations, and alternative programs, and the LSAT vs the GRE for law school. I am a current 3L at the Georgia State University College of Law. I started law school as a non-traditional student after owning a business for 5 years, I am also a parent. I love to work with students in similar positions, as well as traditional applicants.
I like to tackle the LSAT in 3 main areas:
1. Content and Comprehension
2. Speed and Accuracy
3. Advanced Testing Strategies
One thing I love about independent tutoring is the ability to customize resources for individual students. After an initial session, I immediately jump into crafting a unique plan to maximize your studying efficiency. There is a lot out there and a big part of my role as a tutor is to identify your unique needs and areas of potential growth to help you utilize every resource in the most effective way possible. I will be your partner until you've reached your goals, providing direct, personalized feedback and explanations of tests and problems.
I send all students an introductory packet that breaks down key information about the LSAT and my tutoring process. This saves time and money for you and helps you decide if I'm the right fit! But the information in that packet is great to have even if you don't end up tutoring with me, so feel free to message me for a copy whether or not you plan to continue with private sessions.
