I have worked as a substitute teacher for over two and a half years. I enjoy working with younger students, as they are always very eager to learn! It brightens my day when I am able to help students understand concepts that they struggle with.
I am extremely fluent in the Spanish language. I have used Spanish for over ten years in the workplace, in retail and in a call center, and teaching Spanish immersion classes at the elementary school level. I love speaking Spanish!
I have a Public Policy degree from Georgia State University. I absolutely love Social Studies and History! I have been to all 50 U.S. states, various countries, and over 200 places in the U.S. National Park system. Because of my dad and traveling so much, I really grew to love U.S. history and geography. It was always one of my favorite subjects in school and I enjoy discussing it.
Spanish and Social Studies are my go-to subjects and I sincerely enjoy teaching them. I would greatly encourage students to schedule lessons with me, since I am always happy to help!
