I begin with targeted assessment, then design clear goals and lessons that blend explicit instruction, multisensory practice, and real-world application. Technology is used to keep learning engaging, while ongoing progress monitoring guides next steps. I also coach executive-function skills—planning, organization, and self-monitoring—so students build independence. Whether reinforcing literacy and math foundations, tackling course content, or developing study routines, I partner with families to make the “why” of each objective clear and measure growth over time.
