Drawing

After learning proper drawing technique while in college at the University of Miami, I began to work on the same proper techniques as an art teacher at a local private school for three years. The use of proper drawing technique in combination with exploration and full exercising of the imagination leaves students "WOWED" by their own capabilities.

Drums

I have partaken in band since I was in 6th grade and have assumed several high-ranking positions in county-wide bands and solo competitions. I was captain of my high school percussion section and drumline for two years where I assisted with sectionals and individual learning and gave private lessons to several of those students outside of school.

Elementary (K-6th)

I have worked with elementary and middle schoolers for the past three years as an English and Art teacher. I have dealt with children with autism, ADD, OCD, anxiety, and an array of other issues as they learn to learn in spite of difficulties.

English

I was previously an English teacher at Score at the Top in Boca Raton, working with children between the ages of ten and eighteen. I helped children explore fiction and nonfiction, grammar and style, essays and journaling, all with the goal of becoming more profound thinkers and more engaged learners.

General Music

I have been a percussionist for over ten years and, after graduating from college, continue to give lessons for concert and marching percussion including mallet instruments. In addition to winning multiple scholarships from universities and private competitions, I was a part of my county's All District band for 6 years running. I am also a tutor for creative writing, English, and Economics at a local tutoring institution, an experience that has improved my interactions with children and teenagers.

Graphic Design

I have my own spiritual graphic art and animation company. I use Photoshop, After Effects, and Blender to create spiritual branding and NFT art for clients desiring to create something unique. I taught myself how to use all three pieces of software and am adept in their usage.

Painting

I have a portfolio that I can show to demonstrate my abilities. I have been studying painting for the past three years and have learned to paint in Surrealist, Impressionist, Realist and Abstract styles. My paintings range from studies of other artists such as Stuart Davis to renditions of my own ideas and personal experiences.

Reading

I was previously an English and Arts teacher at Score at the Top in Boca Raton, working with kids ranging from Elementary school to High School. This experience truly helped me to develop my passion for working with kids and for my own literary and artistic interests.

Sociology

While at Emory University, I took several Sociology courses including "Class, Status, and Power," "Culture and Society," and "Global Change," learning to think and write in a manner supportive to the subject. My extensive background in English, and especially reading comprehension and writing, has allowed me to adapt to the challenges of almost any subject.
