Hi everyone, I have spent my entire life in theatre, Film and Television. I was Megan on the sit-com Friends, Sandy on Everybody Loves Raymond, Sarah on the Norm Show with Norm Mc Donald, Rachael on Something So Right and many more. Since 2002 I have been patiently coaching actors of all ages from 5 years and up, who are getting ready to audition or perform. I do one on one script readings, analysis and cold reading work. This work includes finding different methods that work most comfortably with the student such as memorizing lines, how to hold your script, how to analyze your character and find different ways to act the scene. I help the student find their caricature and confidence to pull off their performances well and professionally. I also teach the student how to train and focus on a role on their own before walking into the audition or on stage. My training background includes more than 7 years at the Playhouse West Theater (Los Angeles) in the Meisner technique. Other trainings have been in Stanislavski, Shakespeare and method acting at the Guthrie theater and Childrens Theater in Minneapolis MN. I am also the national first place winner for the State speech competition 2008 representing the state of California. I have trained one on one and in a classroom setting, working with hundreds of students to gain the control and fearlessness to stand up and speak in front of various groups of people.
