I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Astronautical Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC), where I built a strong foundation in math, physics, and engineering. My coursework covered areas such as Calculus I–III, Physics I–III, Dynamics, Statics, Thermodynamics, and advanced aerospace systems, giving me the depth to confidently teach a wide range of STEM subjects.

I have hands-on teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant for USC’s Rocket Propulsion course, where I worked with over 30 students. In this role, I explained complex math and engineering concepts in clear, step-by-step ways to help students build lasting understanding. I also led review sessions, provided structured feedback on assignments, and held one-on-one office hours tailored to each student’s learning style.

Beyond the classroom, I’ve mentored undergraduate students through the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers for four years, helping them with academic planning, problem-solving, and confidence building. These experiences taught me the importance of meeting students where they are, breaking down intimidating topics into approachable steps, and encouraging consistent practice and growth.

My tutoring style is student-focused and flexible. I adapt explanations to each learner’s pace, whether that means walking through problems step by step, using real-world examples to clarify abstract concepts, or reinforcing fundamentals before moving on. I’ve worked with both high school and college students in group and one-on-one settings.
