Hi! I'm Alice, a recent Masters' graduate specializing in Organic Chemistry. During my Masters’, I had the opportunity to teach 9 quarters of General, Organic and Analytical Chemistry undergraduate courses at UC - Irvine and received overwhelmingly positive student evaluations.

Chemical Education has always been a passion of mine, and I have been tutoring general science and chemistry since I was in high school, initially as a hobby but eventually accepting payment and giving regular classes to my students. I am excited to work with high school and college students to tutor a variety of classes within the realm of chemistry, including Organic, Analytical, Pharmaceutical, Medicinal and General Chemistry.

As a tutor, I aim to provide a safe and comfortable learning environment for students of all abilities. It's important to me that my teaching style matches my student's learning style, and therefore I am flexible in adjusting my teaching style to match your needs. Whether you need someone to work through practice problems with, or you prefer lecture-style sessions to recap knowledge from class, I’m happy to provide structure or flexibility to match what works best for you!
