With 12+ years teaching experience, my hundreds of past students range from high school, undergrad, and grad school (1:1, tutoring centers, and classrooms). I've created educational material for medical schools and national media (like PBS) and authored medical doctor license exam study textbooks that include sections for psych, biology, anatomy, and physiology. I understand advanced high schools' demands. I attended a top-in-USA college-prep high school, scored 5 in AP Bio and Psych, 99% SAT (nation), and 3.9 GPA. I earned a Psychology Bachelor's from a world-top university with 4 scholarships, received a volunteer teaching award (for the top 1%), studied pre-med at Stanford and Santa Clara U., and did medical research in clinical, social, and cognitive sciences. While earning my Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from USA's #1 NMD school with 3 scholarships, I was President of Psychiatry Club and consistently scored top marks (within med school and licensing exams) that my own peers requested tutoring from me. I'm also a Board Member (international psychiatry organization) and create educational psychiatry programs/lectures with a Stanford professor.

I hired Dr. Victoria C. to tutor my daughter in Human Anatomy + Physiology II after two failed attempts with other Wyzant tutors. My daughter has benefited from a customized plan that identifies her challenges and goals. She looks forward to learning the subject matter with real-life applications so she can understand “why it matters” and how it relates to health-related careers. I've had 3 sessions with Dr. Victoria so far and they have been so enriching! She has instructed me on the best study methods for biology and academia in general.
