I'm Will, I am currently a 3rd year undergrad student at NAU working on a bachelors in Biology. I have expertise on math topics ranging from Algebra to Calculus as well as Biology and Chemistry. In college I have used a lot of tutors and and spent many hours at my schools tutoring center and I understand very well how a good tutor can make a world of difference in a students understanding and as such I do everything I can to make subjects straightforward and easy to understand for those I teach. My approach is to build off of what my students already know and format my lessons around their individual learning styles. I will always make a great effort to ensure my students are understanding the work they are doing and make time for them to run through practice problems on their own.

I have a little over a year of experience tutoring kids at Mathnasium. I would work directly with multiple students at a time giving them each some course work that fit their current understanding and worked diligently to provide help and answer questions. Additionally I used to teach a coding and computer science class for 10-12 middle school students where I taught them the basics of coding and learned how to better present complex topics in a way that is fun and engaging to younger students.
