Wow! Malisa has been incredibly helpful. I decided to seek tutoring before taking my CPC exam. Malisa went over OB coding guidelines and conventions with me. They never made complete sense to me before, but after today I feel so much more confident. She gives great tips on how to use the ICD10 coding book as well. Thank you!

Malisa really took her time in making sure I understood my ICD 10 Guidelines because I expressed that I could definitely use help in that area. Knowledgeable and patient
Melissa is amazing. I just took her class today and she was able to explain E/M coding concepts very well. Within one hour of her class she gave me so much information that made me I understand this subject. I am looking forward to having another class with her again soon.
