I am a recent retired corporate financial executive and have been an adjunct college computer instructor for 15 years in suburban Buffalo NY.

I have taught computer courses with business applications using Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Word and financial accounting software applications. I have tutored many of my students in computer courses and several in accounting software courses. With my business experience, I was able to bring live business applications using computers to the classroom.

My 30+ years as a hands on corporate financial executive includes: accounting, financial, auditing, hardware and software conversions, forecasting models, banking and mergers and acquisitions.

I am very patient with my students who sometimes have not reached the maturity level that should come with their chronological age. In both my business and teaching career, I am well liked by my superiors, subordinates, faculty and students. I have kept abrest of all advances in technology, I am friendly, have a positive professional attitude and am humbled by the success that I give my students.

I have a well rounded Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University At Buffalo and have taken graduate courses in a MBA program at Canisius College

My computer experience spans a period from 1970 to the present. I started my career as Data Processing Manager for a medium size manufacturing company installing the company's first computer, converting from a manual system. I was proficient in RPG and COBOL programming languages and during the 15 mainframe years, I converted the mainframe three times to newer IBM computers. I was later promoted to Controller and began my Adjunct teaching career at Hilbert College in Buffalo, NY. I taught Computer Business applications using Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint , Windows, Lotus and Word Perfect. I brought a wealth of computer experience to the classroom and have tutored many of my students.

I am a retired financial executive with 35 years experience. My financial business experience started as Controller for a medium size manufacturing company. After 10 years I was promoted to VP Finance and purchased the company with 3 other executives from our parent. I secured all the borrowings from the banks, worked with attorneys in drawing up contracts. I was responsible for all accounting, audit, finance , legal, banking, Computer technology, HR, employee benefits and all Insurance programs. I was also the Plan administrator for the Union pension plan and the 401K plan. I have a wealth of Businees experience. and can tutor on many aspects in Business. shareholder
