About Mary:

I am a middle school science teacher with 6 years classroom experience. Previous to teaching full-time, I was a substitute and part-time tutor. I have tutored subjects from K-College and Literature to Chemistry. I also have experience in test prep, study skills and EOG remediation. I am ready to help you not only with your homework, but also learn how to improve your study/note taking skills so that you can be successful in the future. My undergrad is from Penn State University in Science and my graduate degree is in Secondary Science Education with a specialization in Biology. I teach cross-curricularly in my classroom and pride myself on being able to assist my students in any subject, and show them real world applications.
