Norfolk, MA Dyslexia tutoring job

posted on: 3/2/13

Job description

My 14 year old son is dyslexic and his writing skills are almost non-existent. He has completed the Orton Gillingham Program and continues to be tutored three days per week with his OG tutor. His writing skills remain a hurdle for him. It is because of this that I would like to have him work with someone new specifically for writing support. I believe with improved writing skills his upcoming high school experience will greatly improve.

The best part about tutoring for me is working with students one-on-one and knowing that I played a part in their academic success. The most frustrating part of tutoring — finding new students, dealing with marketing, billing clients, etc. Wyzant solves those problems and lets me focus on what I do best — teaching!
