Experienced English Second Language Tutor For Every Age, Heather Laude. (November 2016).

I am Heather and am proud to say that I am an experienced English Second Language tutor that has been hired through Wyzant.com by a construction company to teach Spanish speaking employees to read, write, and speak in English. I am a tutor of multiple subjects. I started instructing adults so they could learn to speak English with confidence while they are at work.
I am fluent in Spanish and I show up prepared with a custom made,  original lesson plan that is designed for the students that have requested me to teach them. I also introduce Phonetics to help my students improve as they read orally in English and help them learn more as they are reading silently. I introduce more English vocabulary words to use while at work and how to use them in English and Spanish scentences with clear understanding of the definitions.
What I love most about all of my students, is being able to witness their new learning and growth. I am proud to say that I am also good at teaching children. I am available to tutor multiple students in one group lesson. I also teach at the individual level, to only one student at a time. I teach and tutor now privately in the Sacramento, California area.
Pease feel free to contact me via the Wyzant Tutoring Agency today at Heather.Laude@Wyzant.com
Thank you,
Heather

Too true! I work with several students who are native Spanish speakers, but speak English well as they have grown up in the US for a better part of their lives. My students often speak to me in Spanish, and I find myself picking up quite a bit from them! Finding a way to be reciprocal with tutoring--that is, both the tutor and student sharing something with each other--is such an amazing place to arrive, and it makes things go so much more smoothly! I am glad you also had this opportunity with Yacub! Thanks for sharing :)
