I come across many students who have a hard time concentrating. Often times they have been diagnosed with ADD, ADHD, or some other attention deficit. My experience working with a wide variety of students is that by taking the time to focus on conscious breathing techniques, a dramatic improvement can be made with their scholastic endeavors. I focus constantly on breakthrough neuroscience and how to serve students with which I work to help them set a new standard for themselves.
As a minimum, regardless of whom you use as a tutor, please take time to look into breathing techniques and how they improve focus and clarity.
