The best way to begin learning Arabic is not necessarily the easiest. Students often try to learn Arabic words by reading transliterations. This method may be quick but fails to help the individual become fluent in the language. The first step is to learn the alphabet properly. Learn how the letters are pronounced properly. Then learn how to connect the letters and become fluent in reading. Once this level is completed then they learn the new vocabulary. Without being fluent in reading, the struggle in Arabic continues.
