The importance of a good education in life

Hi, my name is Arlene:

When I was in high school, I couldn't wait for it to be over so I can be free again. My grades to say the least, were not all that good, lets just say a slid past each year. I thought at that age, I had all the answers to my future life. Ironically, I seen as I got older and more experienced and knowledgeable in life, that getting that perfect job required me to continue my education and expand my knowledge much more than I got from high school. So, I decided to become a nurse, something I never done before. I went to medical assisting college for one year (not even thinking that I would finish the course because it was that difficult, a long day in class then, back home to do hours of homework and studying to prepare for tests the next day. I put all my energy into this school determined to succeed and it paid off completely. Now I have an honor Certificate as a Registered, Certified Medical Assistant and can work anywhere in the medical field in any place of the world. When I moved to Florida, I felt that I was still missing something within me and that I needed more advanced education. I went to nursing college for one year and graduated with honors and a Valedictorian degree, the highest in my class on the state exams. So, as you can see, you can never get too much education because somewhere along the line, it will pay off for you, it takes time, patience and a lot of effort, but what you put into it is what you will get out of it. That's why I decided to become a tutor to help others realize the importance of a good, substantial education, I will help you get there if you give me that chance, I am a very optimistic person and will instill that in you.
