Wow. Just got a call from one of my clients and he almost spent about $500.00 more than he needed to. Seems that a suggestion was made to him to purchase MUCH more computer than he needed. I do wish that salespeople would do what is called 'needs analysis' before they decide for the customer!

Seems that, with a little modification and training, all his needs will be met by keeping his current computer!
