In Algebra 1 I am given the following problem: Factor completely: (y - a)x2 - 100(y - a) Please help me.

I know the basic concept but cant do this one

A rectangle has an area of 24 square inches. The width is represented by x-3 and the length is x+2. Find the dimensions.
