For this problem you have to remember what molarity means. Molarity is defined as the number of moles of solute per liter of solution.
You can write it as a conversion factor: 0.132 M = 0.132 moles/liter. Inverting this gives you
1 liter / 0.132 moles. Now if you multiply by 0.390 moles...
1 liter/0.132 moles x 0.390 moles = 2.95 liters. Notice that moles cancel out, leaving liters as the only unit which is what you are looking for. This is the answer to the first problem, but the others are done in the same way.
