**When solving these types of problems it's best to draw a picture:**

Now, we will use the information we know to form a trig relationship to solve. We know angle as well as the side opposite of the angle and the hypotenuse (or slanted side). When using the opposite side and hypotenuse we use a sine relationship:

sine (angle) = opposite / hypotense

sin(44) = x / 90

Now multiply both sides by 90 and solve:

sin(44) = x/90

90* sing(44) = x

62.5 = x
