(1125-975)/(1100-800)=150/300=1/2
(x-1125)/(1500-1100)=1/2
(x-1125)/400=1/2
2(x-1125)=1(400)
2x-2250=400
2x=2250+400
2x=2650
x=$1325 is the monthly rent for 1500 sq ft
