Which options provide accurate examples of interactions in between organ systems?

For this question I have multiple choice and I don't know what to choose.

#4 is also an example because immune system works WITHIN the circulatory system. In turn the immune system protects it, through what? Through interaction in and between the immune system and the circulatory system. The truth is these themes are very confusing, and scientists are trying too hard to make the content fit the ideology with these.
